Wedding consultations are done by appointment only to insure that We can give you the individual attention you deserve and cant be done while a wedding is in the progress of being made, carried out or delivered If for any reason you can't come to your appointment please give me the courtesy to call and reschedule or cancel. I will work around your needs and Some planning and quotes can be done via phone and /email. we offer a 1 hour face to face complimentary consultation to discuss your wedding flower preferences and design ideas. (this often doesn't take this long) At the end of the consultation, we will provide you with a basic Quote/outline of your costs for flowers, rental items (if required), set up and delivery fees .
From time to time it is necessary to change prices on my packages so quote are only good for 30 days unless you have booked with a deposit.To book your wedding and get on our calendar, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit goes toward your wedding flowers at the date of your wedding, but is to hold the date and there for not refundable should you cancel for any reason at any time.
Your flowers are to be 100% paid in full 1 month prior to the wedding . Additional pieces will be accepted but not guaranteed, but need to be paid for at that time of ordering.
flowers/bouquets/arrangements ext... can not be taken off the order 30 days/ 1 mouth or after flowers have been ordered. (in some seasons flowers will have to be ordered sooner)
Canceling your Wedding: please understand this is a custom order and and we have spent time planning , organizing, and spent money buying perishable product in advance for just your wedding and all of our money and work can not be dismissed.
Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the wedding date will receive no refund. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the wedding date in the week of a holiday (Christmas, thanksgiving, ext..) deposit is forfeited. Weddings canceled well in advance will receive a refund of all but the 50% deposit for holding that date .I will do my best to accommodate a change of date.
Substitution Policy-Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and bad products. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all Calla, rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
If you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please tell me at pick up so I may fix it immediately or provide a replacement. custom ordered accessories are not refundable. we will do our best to create the items that you are wanting and can change or replace.
Any service charges, handling charges, delivery charges or shipping costs are not refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on any merchandise after pick up and its intended use.
Delivery is available for $85 to one venue (in side Tulsa and suburbs/ 1 hour) $150 for 2 venues (2 hrs) in order to make this possible i need a 3 hr window of time to do the set up before the wedding, and or pictures an average simple set up takes 1 hour. some projects need more and may cost more. In most cases I can not change set up time the week of the event because staff ext.. have already been arranged .
